A Premium Kit Deal for America's National Teams

USA Padel has signed Montreal-based apparel brand Psycho Bunny as its official uniform partner in a multi-year agreement covering every national team the federation fields — men's, women's, and junior divisions at both national and international competition. The deal was announced on 16 July and formalised publicly on Wednesday evening at a launch event at Ultra Padel Club in Miami, where the new Psycho Bunny-branded USA Padel uniforms were unveiled to the public for the first time.

The launch event ran from 6:00 to 9:00 PM and included on-court demonstrations by Team USA athletes, coaching sessions open to invited guests, and the opportunity to play alongside the national team professionals. A DJ, food, and cocktails completed a setting that reflected the aspirational lifestyle positioning both organisations want to project around the sport in the United States.

Psycho Bunny's Racquet Sports Strategy

The USA Padel deal is the latest step in Psycho Bunny's deliberate push into professional racquet sports. The brand — known for its distinctive skull-and-rabbit motif and premium positioning — already holds multi-year agreements with former world No.1 Andy Roddick (now an ambassador figure in padel), French ATP player Arthur Rinderknech, and Australian ATP player Alexei Popyrin. Padel represents a natural adjacent market: it shares a substantial overlap with tennis in terms of demographics, club culture, and spending habits.

Psycho Bunny owner and chairman Alen Brandman described the fit between brand and sport: "It's fast, dynamic, and edgy, which is exactly where Psycho Bunny thrives." USA Padel president Bill Ullman called the agreement "transformational," framing it as a signal of how far the sport has come in the United States and how seriously it is now being taken as a platform for premium brand investment.

US Padel's Commercial Momentum

The Psycho Bunny deal arrives at a moment of accelerating growth for padel in America. USA Padel's National Padel League expanded to more than 40 cities for its 2026 spring season, up sharply from earlier editions. During the season, five championship matches aired nationally on CNBC, marking the first time professional padel received prime-time mainstream television exposure in North America.

Purpose-built padel facilities have opened in Miami, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Boston over the past two years, while established tennis clubs are increasingly adding padel courts to meet member demand. The sport's growth in the US follows a pattern seen earlier in Spain, Sweden, and Italy, where the leap from niche club activity to mainstream participation happened within a five-to-seven-year window.

Eyes on the FIP World Cup

The new uniform partnership is practically timed ahead of USA Padel's participation in international FIP events. The next FIP World Cup is scheduled for Doha with a record prize pool of €1.2 million, giving national teams greater visibility than at any previous edition. A professional, high-profile outfitter puts the USA Padel squads on a more equal aesthetic footing with European nations that have historically benefited from deeper federation resources.

For Psycho Bunny, the deal taps a customer base whose profile closely mirrors the brand's existing audience: affluent, active, club-oriented, and brand-conscious. The new USA national team kit is available through USA Padel's official channels. The National Padel League's 2026 season continues into the autumn.
